Booking Policy:

1. Please read the FAQS page about health form, healing process, pre and post treatment care to understand better about the treatments.

2. Clients are requested to send clear photos of their eyebrows/lips/eyes/skin problems to Master Suriani Wong on WhatsApp +923002033080 for initial examinations and online consultation. Any further questions about the treatment will be answered by the master herself.

3. An appointment is booked directly with Master on WhatsApp +923002033080.

4. Booking fee of PKR 3000 (non-refundable) is required within 24 hours after booking the timeslot, via bank/mobile transfer/cash deposit to:

5. Client can reschedule their timeslot 1 TIME ONLY. The latest rescheduling is 48 hours before. After that, new deposit is required to book.

6. Please come to the appointment on time. The grace period is 10 minutes. After that, the appointment will be considered no show and booking fee is non-refundable. The Master reserves the right to refuse service for late appointments. Please read Brow Works Studio SOP before coming to your appointment.
